These Terms govern your use of TCG Stock Watch websites, social accounts, alerts, messages, and related services.

TCG Stock Watch publishes selective availability and market-signal alerts for sought-after English Pokemon TCG sealed products in the United States.

TCG Stock Watch is an informational alert service.
We do not:
Availability, pricing, checkout rules, shipping eligibility, and seller policies can change quickly.
Alerts may link to third-party seller websites or marketplaces. Those third parties are independent from TCG Stock Watch.
You are responsible for reviewing seller terms, shipping policies, refund policies, taxes, fees, authenticity claims, and checkout details before buying anything.
Labels such as trusted source, reviewed seller, or similar wording reflect our internal review process. They are not guarantees.
When you interact with TCG Stock Watch through X, Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, Telegram, email, SMS, or any other third-party service, you must also follow that platform's terms and policies.
We may remove, block, report, or restrict interactions that are abusive, fraudulent, spammy, unlawful, or harmful to the product or community.
If you send us product leads, seller tips, corrections, comments, replies, direct messages, emails, SMS/MMS messages, or other submissions, you give us permission to review, store, use, and act on them for TCG Stock Watch operations.
Do not send confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content.
If you opt in to SMS messages from TCG Stock Watch, the SMS Terms apply in addition to these Terms.
Current SMS use may be limited to account verification and operational setup. Future SMS alert subscriptions should not be enabled until opt-in, opt-out, and 10DLC compliance workflows are complete.
TCG Stock Watch may later use affiliate links, sponsored placements, or paid partnerships. If enabled, we will disclose those relationships clearly.
Affiliate or sponsored status must not override seller trust, product quality, or alert review standards.
TCG Stock Watch content, branding, templates, alert formatting, and original written material belong to TCG Stock Watch or its licensors.
Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, and related marks are owned by their respective rights holders. TCG Stock Watch is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, or their affiliates.
Product names and third-party marks are used for identification and commentary.
You may not use TCG Stock Watch to:
TCG Stock Watch is provided as-is and as-available. We make no warranties that alerts will be timely, complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TCG Stock Watch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, failed purchases, seller disputes, platform outages, or third-party conduct.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
